Portfolio & Professional Profile

Dear Hiring Team,

I build teams and workflows that help good ideas become finished work. My background combines creative leadership, project coordination, and day-to-day operations, and I am seeking a management opportunity where I can bring that experience to a new team. I offer the ability to organize competing priorities, develop people, and connect their work to measurable business goals.

At META PCs, I built and managed a five-person creative team and implemented Asana workflows to coordinate more than 50 simultaneous projects. I established training practices that helped junior colleagues grow into lead responsibilities, while helping the team expand its publishing capacity. During my measured tenure, from January 13, 2025, through September 9, 2026, the YouTube channel grew from approximately 343,000 to 1.68 million subscribers and added 2.11 billion views. These were shared results, and my contribution combined creative direction with the planning, coordination, and team development needed to sustain the work.

I brought a similar approach to DTF Superstore, where I advanced from editing into production and leadership responsibilities. I introduced workflows for a five-person team, collaborated with marketing, and helped grow the channel from approximately 1,000 to more than 10,000 subscribers within a year. I also led development of a custom Photoshop plugin for printing workflows, working with peers to turn a practical customer need into a new tool.

My management experience extends beyond content. As an assistant retail manager and a photography site lead, I coached staff, coordinated schedules and daily operations, tracked performance, and supported hiring and training. Running my own media business also taught me to balance client expectations with the realities of delivery.

I would bring your team clear communication, practical systems, and a manager's willingness to take responsibility for both the work and the people doing it. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how that combination could support your projects, strengthen collaboration, and help your team deliver consistently.

Sincerely,

Phil Castillo
