Portfolio & Professional Profile
Dear Hiring Team,
I am seeking a Senior Video Producer opportunity where I can help shape the creative direction, develop the team, and make content that earns an audience. I bring experience across scripting, directing, production, and advanced post-production, together with a record of helping brands grow through stronger editorial choices and organized execution.
At META PCs, I built and managed a five-person creative team and led production during a period of substantial channel growth. Between January 13, 2025, and September 9, 2026, the channel grew from approximately 343,000 to 1.68 million subscribers and added 2.11 billion views. The team published 1,094 videos in that window. My contribution combined creative direction, audience-focused scripting and packaging, hands-on production, and workflows that supported a demanding release schedule.
The work also grew in ambition. I helped develop recurring long-form technology news and analysis alongside short-form programming, original testing, and PC builds. I owned sponsorship and advertising production, collaborated with influencers and major technology brands, and designed three studio sets. That experience taught me to consider the full production at once: the audience promise, the story, the team's capabilities, and the details required to deliver a finished piece.
Previously, at DTF Superstore, I helped grow the YouTube audience from approximately 1,000 to more than 10,000 subscribers within one year. I wrote, shot, edited, and appeared in content that made technical printing processes understandable to customers. At Point in Time Studios, I developed additional technical depth through VFX and stereoscopic VR work on complex interactive training productions.
I would bring your team a producer who can give useful creative direction, solve production problems, and support colleagues from the first idea through the final edit. I care about making work that serves the audience and the business, and about building a process that lets a team repeat its successes. I would welcome a conversation about your programming goals and how my experience could help you achieve them.
Sincerely,
Phil Castillo
